Abstract
The pleomorphic adenoma of orbit produces painless and slowly progressing mass in the lacrimal gland, which shows downward and inward displacement of eyeball in addition to proptosis. The best management of this tumor is complete excision of the lesion within its capsule, however the surgical approaches are varied.
We experienced 5 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, which were completely removed via the lateral orbitotomy with varying incision techniques and we had no major complication or recurrence.
